These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aqualuxe Auto Care website and mobile app, and your booking of our mobile car wash and detailing services. By accessing our website or app, or by booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Aqualuxe provides mobile car wash and detailing services in the Montréal area. We arrive fully self-contained with our own water, electricity and premium products. You do not need to provide water, power or equipment.
In the warmer months we can work outdoors or indoors. During winter we work indoors only, so a heated interior garage or covered parking space must be available for your appointment.
2. Booking, pricing and payment
You can book through our app or by phone. The exact price for your selected service is shown before you confirm. Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. The final price may vary depending on your vehicle type and condition.
Payment is collected through the app or an authorized payment provider at the time set out during booking.
3. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged the full service price, because we reserve that time slot exclusively for you. Cancellations caused by weather conditions are always free of charge.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking information, ensure safe and lawful access to the vehicle and a suitable space for the service (including an indoor space in winter), remove valuables and personal belongings beforehand, and disclose any pre-existing damage or special conditions.
5. Insurance and liability
Our services are fully insured and performed by vetted, trained detailers. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, defects, or items left in the vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
6. Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right.
7. Service area and availability
We currently operate in Montréal and the surrounding areas. Availability depends on your location, the season and scheduling.
8. Intellectual property
All content on our website and app, including the Aqualuxe name, logo, text and images, is owned by or licensed to Aqualuxe and may not be used without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, app or services, including by interfering with their operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimers
Our website and app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqualuxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, app or services.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website, app or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
